IEMT – Integral Eye Movement Therapy
“Creating change in the blink of an eye”. IEMT is a straight forward, quick and effective way to facilitate deep and lasting change to take place. IEMT uses eye movement as the predominant mechanism for change, enabling quick, often profound changes with minimal discomfort during the process.
IEMT offers a rapid change process that can be used with great effect to deal with trauma and other negative emotions and behaviour including phobias, identity, fears, or any change work. IEMT is a content-free therapy helping people deal effectively with post traumatic stress, including combat stress.
This a relatively new therapy in the UK. I use it to help clients regularly in my practise, across a wide range of problems, often with rapid and effective results.
